Another method for FRP

The only method to deactivate a Samsung account from a phone without a password is to contact Samsung to locate and delete the account. If you wish to begin the procedure on your Samsung phone, follow the comprehensive instructions below.

  1. Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.
  2. Scroll down until you see "Cloud and Accounts." Also, on the next page, select the "Accounts" tab.
  3. Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.
  4. A prompted browser prompts you to enter your ID and password, as well as your email address. After that, Samsung will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
  5. Return to your Samsung account settings and select "Remove Account" from the top-right menu bar.

  1. Thank you so much! I have a J3 Eclipse, so I ended up getting to the google browser a different way (Went to "Help & Feedback, from the search bar clicked "Use the accessibility menu", selected "Learn how to check your android version, under "Not enough space available" I clicked "Other android devices", then clicked "Remove apps and app data", and "Learn how to uninstall apps". Then I clicked on "Tap to go to application settings" which for some reason took me to google chrome), then I just followed your instructions from there.

I apologize for the long comment, I just wanted to try to help people who might be having the same problem as me.

*Edit: With my J3, pressing the home button 3 times didn't do anything, so I just had to press and hold with two fingers until the talkback box popped up, and clicked "Yes". Then I swiped down and to the right, clicked "Talkback settings", then "Launch talkback tutorial" and "Turn talkback off". It takes you back to talkback settings. Then you can either use his method, or if that doesn't work (in my case, the "Open with Chrome/ Internet" buttons didn't come up), you could try using what I wrote above.*

I might end up making a slideshow or similar with pictures to help explain better.
