- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.
- Scroll down until you see "Cloud and Accounts." Also, on the next page, select the "Accounts" tab.
- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.
- A prompted browser prompts you to enter your ID and password, as well as your email address. After that, Samsung will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Will this time Knox will be available? I tried before other method and knox wasn't available on Alliance Shield, I tried on samsung A21 android 11 i guess latest security.

I have samsung A205U and I've followed every one of these tutorials atleast a dozen times each. I am very frustrated and about to smash this phone. I am using my note 9 to back up from. Nothing has worked so far! I have already put countless hours into this and I don't want it to be for nothing. !st of all why is your FRP Unlock Tool screen look different than the one I have? Also, when you go into settings > accounts and back up your next options are different than mine on both my note 9 and my A205U. Also, when i go into accessibility settings it shows I have 2 installed services both of which are S8 launchers. PLEASE for the love of all gods across every religion, help me.
