Another very good option for this fight is the Red Goblin. You gain 1 charge of Cruelty every 10 hits; 10 charges of Cruelty are equivalent to 10 incinerations applied to Corvus. More charges of Cruelty equals more incinerations with each heavy hit or SA2.
Silver Samurai got me consistently 17 bars though he is rank five with the storm relic
Knull absolutely wrecked – Kush and Nico are great options! Less tags, but you can literally melt him.

R4 Yondu does 30 bars easily even with class disadvantage btw

And america chavez too and also has 2 tags very easy to play and incredible damage being 6* max

Captain Britain is also a super comfortable option for easy 20 bars
Medusa is good against him
I used Wong, Northstar and strange wong dose 23 bars strange did 17 and I can push Northstar to about 19 bars
Longshot also works bc there's an interesting interaction with corvus blue buff. Throw your sp2 to knock him down, and let him regain his buff. It'll trigger 10 incinerates that (at r1) melt 90% of his healt bar. The cons here is that you have to try to avoid deleting corvus charges or he'll lose his blue buff that takes around 30s to reapear. I got 15 bars from him at r1
