Hola, desde Moto X4 no funcionó al momento de borrar datos del teléfono, al momento de reiniciar, el Dispositivo no me pidió el PIN, me pidió cuenta Google y solicitó la anterior
Hola amigo, cuando estoy en “encontrar dispositivo” me aparece solo 3 opciones que son:
“REPRODUCIR SONIDO”
“PROTEGER DISPOSITIVO”
“BORRAR DATOS DEL DISPOSITIVO”
En mi caso no me aparece la de “configurar bloqueo y borrado”
¿Que puedo hacer en este caso?
Gracias por el aporte bro, te comento, NO me funciono en un Motorola G6 Plus Android 9 con parche de seguridad de 1 de Julio de 2020; ni este ni ninguno de muchos tutoriales que vi sirvió, la única forma fue por Sigma Box, paso el dato por si alguien tiene el mismo modelo.
Todo bien, al momento de regresar despues de poner la clave wifiy buscando actualizaciones, el siguiente paso no me pide el pin, me pide el usuario de gmail y de ahi no vuelve a pasar por que pide la cuenta anterior no la que agrege a la fuerza, como podra solucionarse este detalle…
