This is obviously a COMPANY behind this, for 2 reasons:
1. Mihoyo has some competitors, especially from China(Tencent, Netease, just to name a few). Among them, Tencent even partnered up with local government to falsely warn users HSR is scam app.
2. It's intention is clearly to destroy Genshin Impact as a game, but not for persoal benefits, like giving the hacker itself some freemogems.
As a player from CN, now playing in Asia server when studying abroad, I can confirm this.

Cannot be deleted: Luxurious Chests, Precious Chests, Opulent Chests (except those inside Spirit Shrines), NPCs (haker mentioned that a few can be deleted), Waypoints, Statues of The Seven, Crafting Benches, Katheryne, Sacred Sakura Trees (and items of the same type as Sacred Sakura Trees cannot be deleted), Domains' Entrances.
I always denied someone who's not in my friendlist, i dont know them, they dont know me. But sometime, even if the account has alr in my friendlist, still, sometime i denied it (except for my close friend/IRL) bad gramms, sorry.
i never let radom people join my world and im a believer that in game should be an option – only allowed your friends to be able, to visit your world. because since the start of genshin i was always fed up, randoms trying to enter my world. yes i can turn that off, but then i would have to turn it off whenever one of my friends would want something for a new character that i dont need
