Yes because in hollow night it was used as a misunderstanding of language barriers in silksong it’s used as an insult to the ones who aren’t try hard gamers who think completing the game on the hardest difficulty is a right of passage who hate the average gamer who doesn’t have the free time to “git gud”
This is the same shit Elden Ring went through when it came out and the devs admitted and agreed they might have over tuned somethings, as the goal wasn’t an assblastingly hard challenge but an experience for all gamers to enjoy.
