I downloaded iTunes as shown in your video. Twice. iTunes will not show or play from my library. Library address seems correct and identical to old computer address. There has to be a simple solution but I cannot find it.

I had seen a video recommending against downloading itunes from microsoft because of multiple issues (though this was an apple user that disliked windows otherwise) and recommended to follow the steps as you did from apple. I was looking for information regarding these other 2 methods (store app or online from microsoft as you mentioned) and whether issues or differences exist between these methods. I will proceed as you suggested anyways as a comparison of these options doesn't seem to be well covered elsewhere that I have found. thanks.

+I had 12k tracks on my itunes…plus 20+ ipods of all types.I have the CDs. Why on earth did a, exclamation mark appear next to each tune, consequently itunes refused to let me record on to my ipods AND it erased every tune on the ipod l was trying to fill. This has been ongoing for three years!! i've uninstalled itunes and will attemp to re_record my CDs (it took me over a year originally.0 I have a 120gb ipod for back up,but itunes deleted EVERYTHING on that ipod, and all others. I feel like smashing all my ipod/apple products with a hammer, a film of which i'll post on youtube. I'm so angry about this – holding my music to ransom! I've gone backto minidisc. What a way to run a monopoly..!!
