আমার স্ত্রীর ২০২৫ এর voter list এ পিতা বা স্বামীর নামের জায়গায় ‘অন্যান্য ‘ লেখা আছে, voter card এও তাই লেখা আছে এবং যে নামটা সেখানে দেওয়া আছে সেটা হালো আমার দাদার নাম অর্থাৎ তার ভাসুরের নাম। এবার আমার প্রশ্ন হলো, প্রথম box এর চতুর্থ লাইনে (পিতার/অভিভাকের নাম ) কার নাম লিখবো, আমার দাদার নাম, না স্ত্রীর বাবার নাম। এবং next লাইনে কার epic no. দেবো, দাদার না স্ত্রীর বাবার।
আমার বাবা-মা দু’জনেরই নাম ২০০২ সালের ভোটার তালিকায় নেই, এমনকি আমার নিজের নামও নেই। কিন্তু আমার ঠাকুমার নাম সেখানে রয়েছে। তাই স্বাভাবিকভাবেই আমি শেষ ঘরটি (অর্থাৎ নিচের ডান দিকের ঘরটি) পূরণ করব এবং সেখানে উপযুক্ত স্থানে আমার ঠাকুমার নাম লিখব।
এ পর্যন্ত বিষয়টি আমার পরিষ্কার — আমি জানি যে আমি সহজেই এনুমারেশন ফর্ম পূরণ করতে পারি এবং অনলাইনেও আবেদন করতে পারি। যেহেতু আমি প্রয়োজনীয় শর্তগুলি পূরণ করছি, তাই সম্ভবত আমাকে নথিপত্রসহ শুনানির জন্য ডাকা হবে না।
কিন্তু যেটা আমি বুঝতে পারছি না, তা হলো— নির্বাচনী দপ্তরের সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ কীভাবে আমার ঠাকুমার সঙ্গে আমার সম্পর্কটি যাচাই করে। কারণ তাদের কাছে এমন কোনো রেকর্ড থাকার কথা নয় যা প্রমাণ করে যে আমি ওই মহিলার নাতনি, যার নাম আমি উপযুক্ত ঘরে উল্লেখ করেছি।
এই প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে যাঁদের জ্ঞান রয়েছে, তাঁদের সকলকে আমি অনুরোধ করছি— অনুগ্রহ করে এগিয়ে এসে আমাকে এ বিষয়ে আলোকপাত করুন।

কারোর বাবা মায়ের নাম 2002 সালে ছিল কিন্তু এখন তারা প্রয়াত তাহলে প্রথম ছকটা fill up করার সময় তাদের নাম তো লিখবো কিন্তু তাদের ID নম্বর 2025 সাল অনুযায়ী লিখবো কি ভাবে ❓
