Yo how do i force a controller firmware update?
My right controller has been blinking SOS (apparently means its updating firmware, but it obviously isnt working) for actual months and i retry after every system update, i need try forcing a firmware update on the controllers but idk how, the app method wont work either

You golden GOD! They've replaced my headset 3 TIMES already because of other bugs. I could go on but I digress. (I'm a good digresser. Is that a word? It is now.) This new one kept flashing a message about updating a split second before it shutdown. I've tried EVERYTHING. It finally updated from 50 to 57 thanks to your ingeniousness. I love this thing and I hate this thing. Maybe thanks to you I can get back to the former. I just want to be left alone to look idiotic to everyone around me. Thank you so so so much. (Please tell me they got rid of that creepy mirror avatar thing in the lobby. Please?)
