- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.

I could not remove the secondary account following above example. The way it worked for me was to go to settings, accounts, access work or school. There i had the option to remove my secondary (work) account.

After some digging, I found that in order to delete your Microsoft account completely, you need to go to settings > accounts > your info and under "account settings" click on "sign in with a local account". Make sure to backup your bitlocker key before hand if you plan to keep your computer encrypted. Also, if you don't see this option when you go to your info, try factory resetting. The option appeared for me when I did that.
I want to remove all Microsoft accounts and use a local account. I could do it in Windows 10 but 11 is a little tougher. The remove option isn't available.
