P1 harus diprioritas karena mengikuti SOP ASN PPPK, kalau P2 sampai P4 itu ambil ujungnya saja, jika masih bingung cara pengangkatan biar cari bantuan untuk mengatasi itu, masih banyak guru yang megabdi diatas 5 tahun hingga saat ini moratorium belum ada.
P1 di angkat dulu..nggak usah buka p2..p3 dst..
