- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.
- Scroll down until you see "Cloud and Accounts." Also, on the next page, select the "Accounts" tab.
- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.

can't work in patch 2022
I tried this on a115m/ds an Odin won't flash, always ends up with fail. Sometimes Auth fail prompt on the phone's screen.
Anyone have any luck on a115u?

Thank you very much it worked like charm and I didn't even need to bypass FRP after flashing with Odin, what a surprise!
Hint: I had to connect my A11 directly to my Laptop via USB, not through my USB-HUB, otherwise the Download-Mode wouldn't start.
I tried many tutorials with FRP Tool before but they didn't work, mostly because they were meant for older Versions, not Android 11 with some of the latest patches.
