I needed to replace the front lower control arm bushings on my 2000 Integra Type R. For me, this method is the easiest way to do this. The body saw is the key as it is small enough to be inserted into the hole you drilled in the bushing. I’ll link mine down below.

The only method to deactivate a Samsung account from a phone without a password is to contact Samsung to locate and delete the account. If you wish to begin the procedure on your Samsung phone, follow the comprehensive instructions below.
- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.
- Scroll down until you see "Cloud and Accounts." Also, on the next page, select the "Accounts" tab.
- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.
- A prompted browser prompts you to enter your ID and password, as well as your email address. After that, Samsung will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Return to your Samsung account settings and select "Remove Account" from the top-right menu bar.

If your really ocd like me you can use a honing attachment on a drill to smooth out that surface. Not necessary but i like perfect
I remember when u started ur videos in ur day job.. The young you.. And still today they are always full of knowledge.
Heyyy! Eric!!! It’s good to see your vids again.
Perfect timing, I'm about to need to do this on my TL
Wait,, what?,,, Eric doing Mickey mouse jobs,,, where is the press
I drill holes all around in the rubber and knock the inside part out. Then I take a hand saw and cut through the outside metal part that way. I need to remove the inner part first to make enough room for the hand saw ☺
Always good to see you Eric!
It's so nice to hear from you, Eric.
I'd like to see the video of the removal of the control arm itself, and whether any of the bolts needed cut.
Why not just press them out?
I use a shop press and some deep creep to bust out the old bushings, and a brass wire wheel on a drill to clean the hole out. Usually with a little grease I can push the new bushing in most of the way by hand and press it the last 1/4 or so
Why bother wearing gloves at that point? Lol
They seem kinda useless working on cars, so I've never bothered trying them
I apparently have been waisting my time pressing out the old bushings, thanks for the ah-ha moment for me! I always love your videos, Thank You So Much!
you can make a decent press out of some junk w/ a hole in it, washers, and various length grade 8 bolts and a washer. impact wrench way still be required
