What exactly is the reason why the Oneplus flagship phones aren't available on carrier deals? Is that Oneplus's choice or are they just getting the squeeze by the carriers in the US market?
It was a difficult decision between getting the Oneplus 15 and waiting for the S26 Ultra until seeing this video. Oneplus all the way, especially because of the $100 price increase and no free storage upgrade on the Ultra. That's gonna put the price difference at over $500 for the 512g version if my math is correct.
I went ahead and ordered the 15 directly from the site. The estimated delivery window was Jan 1-3 but mine came in yesterday morning, putting the wait time at less than 3 days. And man, you're right about the 15. Fantastic phone.
