The Batocera firmware lets you flash a lightweight, emulation-focused operating system onto any flash drive, hard drive, or SD card. So what if we flashed it onto a flash drive, loaded it all up, and then used that as a portable gaming “system” that could be plugged into any x64 Windows PC? …

The only method to deactivate a Samsung account from a phone without a password is to contact Samsung to locate and delete the account. If you wish to begin the procedure on your Samsung phone, follow the comprehensive instructions below.
- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.
- Scroll down until you see "Cloud and Accounts." Also, on the next page, select the "Accounts" tab.
- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.
- A prompted browser prompts you to enter your ID and password, as well as your email address. After that, Samsung will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Return to your Samsung account settings and select "Remove Account" from the top-right menu bar.

Just upgraded my PC. Going to use the old parts to build one of these setups. Just want to upgrade the CPU from a Ryzen 1700X to something a little better. Also, do you HAVE to use balenaEtcher? I used that to use with RescueZilla, and it messed up my drive. Was able to fix it after about an hour, but I'd rather not use that program again.
I know I am late to the game, but I had never thought about this until my son got a new computer and gave me his old laptop. I was like hmmm what should I do with this. A google search brough this up and it is perfect for my little one to play some old games I grew up with to find that same love I had. Thank you so much for this!
Turn off Secure Boot in bios if it's not booting from the Boot Menu
This flash drive supports Sega Gênesis, PC Engine, PC Engine CD, PC Amiga 500, Arcade Capcom, Data East, Konami e Taito games?
Did exactly what you said in the video and it corrupted my flash drive to the point I can't even fix it
So all the processing power of the pc goes to emulating games?
Thanks for the guide was starting to look into retro gaming and a hard drive that is plug and play and think the once that you can buy is to expensive for what you get if you can set it up yourself :) since i have a high end pc and 2 lower end pcs and one of the pcs is not in use i was thinking having the hard drive there but we will see :)
hi I don't know if you'll respond to this but I have a question to ask if you don't mind:
is there a really cheap Mini PC that's still powerful enough to handle high end consoles (like Wii U and PS2) that you personally recommend?
I live in Australia and even though Mini PC's are pretty powerful most of them are very expensive and unaffordable for me, and I personally want a easy to use Mini PC to run a lot of these systems without much hassle or spending a lot more money than I should,
so is there anything you can recommend?
anyway thanks for making this video, also apologies if you have already answered this question before.
Bro it's work on tv
Great video! is there a way to run Batocera within windows? So you dont need to boot into it?
Please do a guide for RetroBat
This need to be commercialized! I'd buy one!
Use a device doesnt pop up for me, does anyone know a fix?
Will this work with OTG compatible smartphones and tablets? This will be a true portable gaming system if it can do that!
I'm not getting the "yeah man I wanna do it option"… Help!
Since you can use a flash drive on a Amazon Fire Stick 4K Max, will this work on it as well or will it have trouble booting it up?
might just give it a shot
can you directly install this to the drive where the OS is? If so, how can u set that instead of booting windows, it will boot batocera?
is batocera permanent?
I installed it using Ventoy
Hey i have a question…When you boot the flash Drive thru the advenced startup option after done playing, you take out the flash drive turn on the computer and it boots to Windows again right?
Can this work with a phone using sd card
Just wanted to be sure I'm right in understanding the underlying requirements but it would seem it's just a x86 machine not a windows machine, right? I'm assuming that Batocera just depends on the X86 instruction set set and not on leveraging any residue left from a Windows install.
Can I delete games I don't want and add games to it?
Please do an update batocera 37 is out and giving issues with storage ,cant copy games its storage is too small and using a hard drive isnt working either
I am speechless thank you so much this is exactly what i was looking for. Best and fastest emulator diy process i have seen. Thank you
I thought it said 'Bacteria Flash Drive'.
4gb ram is going to get 100% dominated by this isn't it?
Just wondering if it works on Chromebooks.
Can this be done on an m1 Mac?
Dude, is it ok to clone the Flash Drive when its Done set up? for back up purpose. so that you can save time installing it again from the beginning.
Is there a way to do this with a PS3 with no operating system
I tried Batocera recently and it is a pretty useful piece of software. I have an old laptop with no HDD and it was nice to be able to just plug in a USB stick and turn it into a retro gaming machine. I went through each system and picked the games that I might actually play and copied them over. It is pointless to have a full set of NES,SNES,Genesis etc… roms because you aren't ever going to play 90%+ of them!
