  1. ChatGPT is very shallow in it's approach to creative content. Ask it to write a song, for example, about a man who loves drinking whiskey. The ask it to write a song about a man who hates drinking vodka. Then ask it to write a song about a woman who is likes to occasionally drink gin. If fact ask it to compose songs of as many combinations of humans drinking alcohol and you will get results that are basically the same but with a few changed adjectives, nouns and pronouns. Imagine a university music lecturer asking a class of 40 students to go write a thesis on Barry White? Let's say 50% of them use ChatGPT! The lecturer is going to be bored shitless reading similar essays.
"He's been around the world and he he he, he can't find his baby"!

  2. ChatGPT is known to make up plausible-sounding nonsense when it lacks information. it seems to be completely unaware of the limit of it's knowledge. this is why you should not rely on it and it's also why StackOverflow doesn't allow mindlessly copypasting ChatGPT output as answers. it's not because they fear ChatGPT as a competitor they disallow using other platforms as resources because that would be silly.

  3. Ethical and Unethical… there's a thin line in-between .
Chatgpt is right on that line.
Making gpt3 do ur homework will eventually rob humans that made us successful … Creative Thinking.
It is a game changer by all means but its also the right time to enforce policies n guidelines .

  4. Y’all realize that half of these videos are fake right? These robots are people. I have actually asked that question to a person who I thought was a robot her real name was Emily. Y’all are putting in false information about these platforms it’s annoying.

  5. I think ChatGPT is what computer pioneer Douglas Engelbart was hinting at when he said modern PCs lack the "Human Augmentation" element that he envisioned. ChatGPT (terrible name btw) might be the human augmentation application that Engelbart dreamt of.

  6. It's all great until they start programming bias into the AI. Exactly what the news is doing with media and Twitter did with conservatives. A little AI bias and boom So now you get even lazier in search for the truth, you just let your new daddy do it for you.

  7. What do we do when the AI chatbots teach kids that up is down and down is up? Are there paramaters the chatbot abides by- is it completely neutral or are there biases in its responses. Can AI take a neutral stance when the powers that be really need you to believe that good is bad and bad is good?

  8. I saw someone on here how he ask it make a eBook,it did,10 chapters, with 300 words, for each chapter. For some reason he also show how he has eBay store how he sell things on it when Ali Express.LoL.

  9. It clearly has a ways to go. I find it funny that when asked how much it would cost to visit a particular city I've researched and planned to go to, it gave a very accurate breakdown in all categories of what it would cost but when asked what day Christmas landed on it gave me the completely wrong date.

  10. If you are a White Male, This thing sees you as its Enemy.

Human: Tell me a Joke about a Man.

ChatGTP: Why did the Man cross the road? To get to the other side!

Human: Tell me a Joke about a Woman.

ChatGTP: I'm Sorry, it would be inappropriate to make jokes that belittle or demeans a particular group of people,

it is important to be respectful and considerate of all individuals.

  11. I'm here to learn how to trade and also to invest. After listening to a guy on a live program about the importance of investing and how he made $950k in 2 months from $142k, somehow this video has helped shed light on key points, but I'm still confused as a newbie and I'm open to meaningful ideas.

  12. Lets take it a small step further. Is it possible to create files like excels spreadsheets, or creates coding based on our needs? e.g. '"I need an excel file, to track my monthly expenses" or "give me a R code, where I could estimate the seasonality of a timeseries dataset", or at least explain me how to do it? I know that this can be solved through youtube and humans, but just to clarify some of the capabilities.
