i cant find disable or delete apps on google.. it dosent come highlighted like to select the option.. i get bull crap and never find the actual step to go to " delete apps that you installed "

have to go to VNrom and go to settings from there and onto apps etc, i cant force stop, its ses im a user not allowed to do most thigs you guys do in these steps.. im inside but cant do much!.. why?
