1. Latest Samsung drivers installed.
2. Drivers Signature disabled.
3. Installing drivers…Done.
4. Opening browser on your device…Done.
Uninstalling drivers….Done.

But the popup doesnt come up on the phone. I also done Galaxy Note 20 5G with this method and it worked. So the cable and drivers must be ok.
For s21 ultra 5g had the August latest /firmware/patch installed Binary 3.
Downgraded firmware to May
Update Binary 3 as there are no earlier Binary 3 firmwares for Samsung Galaxy s21 5G Ultra. Is firmware downgrade a must or i got the wrong info.
I apparently cant downgrade to anything other than Binary 3 which is may 2021
