Another method for FRP
The only method to deactivate a Samsung account from a phone without a password is to contact Samsung to locate and delete the account. If you wish to begin the procedure on your Samsung phone, follow the comprehensive instructions below.
- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.
- Scroll down until you see "Cloud and Accounts." Also, on the next page, select the "Accounts" tab.
- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.
- A prompted browser prompts you to enter your ID and password, as well as your email address. After that, Samsung will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Return to your Samsung account settings and select "Remove Account" from the top-right menu bar.

Can you help me please wiith a Samsung Galaxy J1-6. I tried ALL the possible ways with TalkBack and it says "your request has been denied." I am not good with computers and downloads and I don't know what versions of FRP to download for my phone or what is needed. I already did a factory reset 2 times so what do I do now? CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME THROUGH MESSENGER OR TEAM VIEWER AND DO THIS TOGETHER STEP BY STEP PLEASE!!!!!! I do not have an active sim card in it, I bought this old cheap phone for my mother to use , not to make calls but to open her a facebook account and messenger so she can use it with Wi-fi to video chat with her children and grandchildren and see our faces during this period of the virus. She is 80 years old and is alone and depressed and we are not going and see her to keep her safe. This is very hard on her and I am trying my best to make it better for her.

I bought a phone from facebook my fault and a text came on the screen yesterday saying i have 24 hours till my phone will block due to a unfinished trade in that the person did before he sold it me its now locked with a message on the screen saying its been locked by samsung becuase the trade in wasent conplete ive spoke to samsung and they told me its a paperweight can i flash new firmware through odin will it get rid of the message or is it locked at the knox security level thanks
