I don't think cg will do anything about the cheating, cheaters are spending and that's all cg cares about
We had a cheater in our guild once. We were doing the heroic sith raid and this guy with, at best, lvl57 or so characters had like 41mil. raid credits. I called him out and the leader kicked him.

They barely do ban waves, you can tell by how many of the top 25 in kyber 1 are like 1mil GP accs, it takes a long time to climb to top 25 world. CG barely does ban waves
The first GAC round I lost was vs a cheater. Didnt feel great having my winstreak broken by getting cheated on. I reported them but when I checked I saw nothing that would have indicated a ban. Went to check again but the battle was in week 2 of season 55 and apparently there is no data on season 55 for my account anymore and I dont have the name or the ally code written down.
Nooch just too back this up I used to play the fifa games and ea has not banned many cheaters it could be an ea problem
