Another method for FRP
The only method to deactivate a Samsung account from a phone without a password is to contact Samsung to locate and delete the account. If you wish to begin the procedure on your Samsung phone, follow the comprehensive instructions below.
- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.
- Scroll down until you see "Cloud and Accounts." Also, on the next page, select the "Accounts" tab.
- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.
- A prompted browser prompts you to enter your ID and password, as well as your email address. After that, Samsung will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Return to your Samsung account settings and select "Remove Account" from the top-right menu bar.

What about custom OS? Couldnt a vanilla andriod be built for the device? I guess my next question is, how hard it is to unlock the bootloader?

Chinese garbage!
not having the kindle app … kind of kills the entire product. You cant sell a product which is meant for eye-friendly reading if it doesnt have largest reading / book – app / market in existence. Thats like producing a car without a steering wheel or any interior at all.
Most of the Product Managers building these devices are outright INCOMPETENT. Just warming seats to pay off mortgage. Horrible.
I've been wanting for this idea to come to fruition for long. Hopefully there will be more products like this

Thank you so much for this review!!! I was just about to buy it and then i came across this short. To be honest I’ll stick to the classic pen and paper and for e-reading I’ll probably go with a kindle:)))
So summary, this device was designed for Chinese markets not western?
An e-ink device that doesn't support ebook apps (like Kindle) is the definition of FAIL.

I have a boox e-ink tablet, and is compatible with kindle. I really like it, and there is a model with color e-ink.
