I have a 3 year old fire stick remote and losst the original fire stick. A friend gave me a 4 K fire stick and following the directions I get a screen that says Connect to your Newwork. I see my network highlighted however when I click on the newwork nothing happens. I recently installed a fire stick out of the box on another tv and had no problems. I uninstalled and reinstalled today with the same Connect to Your Network. I've tried everything but the remote will not let me connect. I'm puzzled to say the least, can you helpme.
