  1. The worst thing of being a CIVIL SERVANT is that despite of cracking one of the toughest exams on planet , still you've to listen to a 10th fail minister and sadly the people of our country supports ministers like these !!

  2. More power to her . Sometimes people just frustrate her like anything when they pass personal comments. Its not about will other similar IAS officers would do the same thing. Its a situation with her and she was made to feel like nothing while she has worked hard. Also there was no need to personally comment where we cannot apply the same proportionate reaction. There are people in front of whom a lady officer is being humiliated. Its different from other male officers or even lady officers with other politicians.

  3. Trust me the job of a Civil Servant is extremely difficult and painful.
An Officer comes after giving 2-3 yrs of life and death preparation. He learns from logic to Ethics, He learns from Culture to History. He's taught to bear pressure and he's taught to serve people and politicians as well. But ultimately get a culprit in the hands of those politicians who may not have even single idea of what is public administration.
If even half of the upsc preparation is made mendatory to politicians India would change over night.

  4. If it'd have happened in Bengal i can assure she'd have been transferred till now although no one would or dare to behave such with politicians of ruling party in bengal

  5. I found nothing wrong, whatever the SDM has done, these politicians come to boast their power ,but they forget they're temporary political masters whereas IAS officers are real Steel frame of India without them the whole executive is nothing,in order to let go democracy legislative, executive, judiciary and ofcourse fourth pillar of democracy that is media needs to work cooperatively .

  6. I think that mla was replaced and his seat was given to other so he is opposing the work so that government of that area would think again about taking back

  7. Here is the thing: if she is wrong or not doing something appropriately she need to told by someone whom she is accountable which is the DM. MLAs, past MLA or other people should be stopped from harassing the officials. They have no business in stopping the work & strict action should be taken against them.
Guess what, India is changing & more IAS will be taking on 'Neta'. The new generation of India is courageous, fierce & unstoppable.
