- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.

Oi, o meu nao aparece essa questao de supervisão e minha filha ja tem 14 anos, o que faço?
Boa noite, o meu caso é o último minha filha já tem 14 anos e não queremos perder a conta.
O meu nao está aparecendo essa opção “sobre a supervisão”. Será que a conta precisa de ter 13 anos e um dia? Pq no momento que estou tentando desativar ela está com os exatos 13 anos (pq nao é uma conta de uma criança, mas quando criei coloquei uma data recente e o google entendeu que era assim).
Ai mudei a data de nascimento agora pra completar esses 13 anos necessários pra tirar a supervisão, mas ainda assim não aparece essa opção nas configurações. O que devo fazer?
Não vai pq o cll que tinha o gmail já era e não consigo fazer login na conta que tá sendo gereciada
