Looks like Huawei has just changed it's Huawei Health App with MANY ISSUES and doesn't care about its customers who are all complaining about it, but not getting any support!
My Huawei Watch fit was working fine since 1,5 years with the Huawei Health app counting my steps correctly (compared to the steps of my walking pad).
But after the last update beginning of May to the new Huawei Health app (which is not even available in the Google Playstore anymore but in the Huawei Appstore), the step count has stopped working completely! There are MANY THOUSANDS of Steps missing each day for me and with that watch is just USELESS! The only reason to buy the watch was the step count and the long battery life (with GPS option).
e.g. yesterday my walking pad is showing 21k steps vs the watch only 4k steps – compared to my older data from April where these steps were matching up more or less (usually walk between 15k-25k each day)
Since 1 week I'm trying to get a clear statement from Huawei on what is going on, but couldn't find anything useful. No reaction from their support team, nada….
This is really frustrating and I was hoping to find something here on Youtube – but looks like there are only comments similar to mine but no answers or solutions….
If anyone has found a solution / workaround, please let me know.

how do you change the language on the watch? i selected english, but paired it with a french phone and now the watch is in french and i searched from "language" on the phone app and there's no result, do i need to set the phone in english?

My watch fit a66 is unable to pairing with my Google phone anymore. From today has been passed six months more or less and my watch is totally useless. Can't find anything related to my problem even online and that kind of things makes me nervous
