It's under 'camera settings' under 'quick launch' in the camera app for me.

If you can not figure out what the hell they just said, throw your phone at the head of the under paid moron that sold you it. Lol
I finally figured it out. Either they all don't work the same, or you don't go through all the steps.

For anyone who can't find thisnoption, hold upur camera icon to go into the settings. Quick launch can be disabled in there.
