J'ai acheté un Redmi 12C sur le bon coin.
L'ancien propriétaire a bien tout supprimer mais sauf son compte Gmail associé à son smartphone.
Résultat je ne peux rien en faire car il faut l'adresse gmail associé.
Est ce que la version gratuite de ce logiciel peut supprimer le compte gmail associé au téléphone ?
Bonsoir et tout d'abord bonne année 2024 et merci pour vos vidéos. Voici mon problème : j'ai perdu mon téléphone Samsung S20 FE lasemaine dernière, il a été retrouvé et m a été rapporté 3h après. Évidemment je ne pensais pas le retrouver. J ai évidemment verrouillé Samsung et Google donc je connais tout à fait mon code PIN mon code de déverrouillage sauf que je n'arrive pas à déverrouiller le téléphone et je n'arrive pas non plus à entrer dans le recovery en faisant la manipulation habituelle. avez-vous une idée ? Une astuce ? Je suis allée chez Samsung cet après-midi le technicien me propose uniquement de changer la carte mère. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi je n'arrive pas à rentrer dans le recovery.
