- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.

- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.

Para todos aquellos que no les funciono el tutorial…. hay una manera mas facil de hacerle, al momento de estar en los contactos… hay que escoger uno y mandarle un mensaje, si mensaje de texto… ahi van a poner: http://www.youtube.com, una vez hecho esto.. entren a cualquier video que tenga en la parte de abajo redes sociales, es decir que entren a un video digamos de algo de música y en la parte de abajo del video… aparezca alguna direccion de facebook/instagram etc….. ahí hay que darle al link para que se abra el navegador chrome y se hace todo lo que ven en el video…. despues de haber instalado las aplicaciones (MicroSD) NO LE DEN REINICIAR(en mi caso estuve haciendo los métodos de otros videos y cuando se reiniciaba el telefono decía que no pudo iniciar el sistema android y por lo tanto tenia que formatear de nuevo el equipo-borrando todo lo que habíamos hecho con las aplicaciones de la MicroSD)entonces una vez instalado/ejecutado las aplicaciones solo hay que darle BACK( la flechita hacia atrás) hasta llegar de nuevo al inicio( donde te dan para escoger el lenguaje) y de ahi hacer todo lo que muestren en el video como si hubieran reiniciado el celular( por cierto regresar al inicio sin reiniciar el equipo es medio tedioso, en mi caso se quedo "trabado" en el pad numérico (llamada de emergencia) pero solo basto apagar y encender la pantalla y pude saltarlo

Bueno días colegas tengo un problema con un moto E4 plus con la cuenta entro por talback luego entro por la opción de voz deslizó de izquidar a derecha me sale el menú busco almacenamiento en la micro Sd tengo el remote y otras aplicaciones le instalo el Remote deseinstalo servicio de google service agrego la cuenta y cuando le doy aceptar la cuenta se me reinicia el equipo
