Привет почему не даёт отключить настройки устройства Android

При открытии в ютуб справке delete, выдает другие предложения, но там нет перейти в настройки.

Получается не чего не сбросится только пароль ?
На 6 минуте видео, в разделе "все приложения" тупо не открывается ни одно приложение, так что не возможно открыть "настройки устройства андроид" чтобы остановить, то же самое с "сервисами гугл плей". Не открывается ни одно приложение, работает только стрелка назад и кнопка "ещё" внизу. Видимо, пофиксили…
Кнопка Настройка сервисов гугл не появляется.
Всë прошëл так же через ютуб, а дальше где настройки для андройда не в одно приложение не заходит
