To be honest, Roblox moderation is now more of a communist party, instead of a normal moderation. A multibillionaire company that has the worst moderation ever!? Come on, Roblox, are you that afraid to even spend a penny to fix the moderation??
I am one of the first victims that got my account deleted.I had to go through so many emails to get my username changed (About 9 emails back and fourth).My reason was I was hacked it took me about 2 weeks to get my account banned and it sucked.
I used to watch maislie a’lot when I was around 10-11 and I’m absolutely shocked when I saw the name and pfp and upset and feeling anger towards Roblox, she was a great YouTuber I remember. I’m gonna have to cherish special memories of me watching her all of the time, and I personally believe the IP bans are the worst ones.

I';m no legal expert but I believe Roblox could be breaking GDPR laws as well if they're not deleting items they are requested to be deleted. This verified creator that just got terminated can just lawyer up against CEO David Bazuski and the Roblox company for this. I sincerely think Roblox could have avoided this had they added the ability for their users to delete their own items.

honestly i understand why ROBLOX doesn't let its creators delete their own assets, as that can cause major issues like scamming, for example if a popular UGC creator deleted their asset after lots of sales. The refund policy is there, yes, but dealing with assets that are deleted by ROBLOX themselves is much easier to keep track of with the refund policy. However, ROBLOX needs a better policy when it comes to DMCA infringement and the users.

once you get a warning, MAYBE STOP MAKING COPYRIGHTED CLOTHES?? they are legally required to do this, search up "Repeat Infringement in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act" if you just ignore their warning and make more copyrighted stuff, this is fully deserved
Roblox HAS to have a repeat Infringement policy and terminate accounts for multiple DMCA violations. This is part of the DMCA law, look up "Repeat Infringement DMCA". If they do not have this then Roblox is not in compliance and that means they can be held response for copyright infringement.
