Muchas gracias, el equipo que trabaje, tenia cuenta samsung acount, y no me dejo hacer el restablecimiento. Agregue una cuenta google y restableci el equipo con vol+ , power. inicio de fabrica, no me pidio ni la cuenta google que agregue. y se elimino la cuenta de samsung acount.

Muy bueno el video , solo que el sitio gsm Neo está caído , por lo que para instalar el programa me metí a la Samsung store y desde ahí instale el programa de alliance de ahí el vídeo se aplica tal cual y feliz resultado.
