The only method to deactivate a Samsung account from a phone without a password is to contact Samsung to locate and delete the account. If you wish to begin the procedure on your Samsung phone, follow the comprehensive instructions below.
- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.
- Scroll down until you see "Cloud and Accounts." Also, on the next page, select the "Accounts" tab.
- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.

Bought a Hot Phone. A little Smashed but worked good. A good Samsung phone. Worked great. Today, I just wanted to add my google account for fun. Had had the phone for awhile and hadnt really tried it. I still got to insert the silly sd. I was shocked that it had an account and I couldnt remove it no matter what. It was a IT Organisation administration account. I tried a bunch of tacts but nothing worked. The Phone really didnt have anything so I didnt think a Factory Reset was a big deal. It had been suggested in several sites and from my experience it just wipes the entire phone. What happened next. Google Lock. From an account that didnt exist anymore. Even if I enterered the right account. It was locked and nothing was going to work. The Google lock which is the same as the Iphone lock( i didnt know) is no fun. I thought I was going to trash this nice as phone. Very sad. Tried several things including incoming softwares but just decided to google frp plus s7 and this came up. Tried it thinking it wasnt going to work and I was risking brinking the phone. It was pretty easy to follow though I had to click run twice. I thought it wasnt working, so I clicked again after awhile and then everything went smooth. I am still pleasantly surprised this post worked, the files were there, no virus, everything worked like a charm and it was FREE when all of this softwares cost a lot of money and most dont even work or are buggy. Big Thumbs up!
