I might try it out eventually, but I didn't know ES-DE was a paid service. I feel like Daijisho takes the edge since it's free. I've enjoyed every aspect of it.
I personally use Beacon for a front end, but this might have just sold me for Emulation Station. While I'm not jumping from device to device as often since I'm not doing reviews so I can just use a device till it dies.
But having to scrape the data again every time I do get a new device sucks. Like it's some times tempting to just not bother. The idea of just having the SD card already set up sounds so nice.
