- Unlock your phone, then launch the Samsung phone settings app from the app drawer.

- Then, from the choices, select "Samsung Accounts" and then "My profile." When prompted to enter your email address and password on the account screen, select "Forgot your ID and Password." A popup will appear on the screen; from there, select your preferred browser.

Saludos maestro alguien me puede apoyar con ROM .PAC para a035m bit1 ya que un colega se le quedó sin poder prender siempre está en Puerto spd diag y no encuentro el firmware no se puede poner en dowload ni nada o si saben cómo crear dicha rom apartir de rom de 4 archivos

tambien este bug funciona por decirlo asi, con miracle box crack 2.82 una herramienta tan antigua funciona para esto,
lo que debeis hacer es darle al apartado samsung ponerlo en modo download , checar que esta seleccionado el puerto samsung darle a la opcion de factory reset y esperais que lo haga cuando termine se quedara alli mismo en download mode y solo debeis reiniciar forzoso como si quisieras salir de alli(excepto el a03 que se reinicia de una vez) y entrara al modo en el que pide el restablecimiento desde recovery
