We need another Kissing Booth movie. The mother didn't sell the beach house, we have to see Lee and Rachel get married. Noah and Elle has to get engaged. Elle become pregnant then they find out Rachel is pregnant also. Noah and Elle have a simple wedding just in time for Elle and Rachel to deliver the babies the same day. This is why the beach house was not sold. This is the next generation of Lee and Elle The Flynns.

The endings doesn't make sense. So Noah & Lee's mom is like a mom to her, she spent every summer at the beach house, her dad is still friends with the Flynn's and so on, but she doesn't see Noah for 6yrs?? He never came home for holidays? Her dad just stopped being friends or spending time with the Flynn's? She never saw them either or came home? Also she and Lee where in college in the same state only 6hrs away but they only "kept in touch".
This is the worst shitting movie ever. Waste of time…
