  1. Thanks! Anxiety is gone now that I've downloaded Pictureflect who seems to know what basic productitivy should feel like. Why? In the last year of fruitless updates, ms seems to have forgotton what a PC is (for). While the older (not dark-mode) looking Photos app had a few annoying flaws (like unable to refresh photos on delete); The new Photos App can only do deletes properly. Now, the new app can NOT: 1) copy the file as viewed, so you can organize a stream of photos/screenshots to other folders efficiently 2) browse a SEARCHed folder where dozens of screenshots are nested. These two breaks in usability alone are enough to make me scream. Do better, please. I've downloaded Pictureflect who seems to know what basic productitivy should feel like.

  2. Thank you. Now using image glass. I was having a weird problem where windows photo was applying a white filter over screen shots of mine. After wasting an hour I figured it would be better to install a competing free software than to bug fix something with glaring issues.

  3. I started using IrfanView and It looks nice. current windows photo app is heavy weight and It doesn't have random slideshow feature from old photo viewer app. IrfanView is light weight. It has random slideshow feature and It's exactly looks like old photo viewer app that I loved.

  4. A "free" app is NOT one that is free to download and then you have to pay to use it! Misleading information that turns out to be useless for me. Thanks for wasting my time.
