You can't break blocks, so if you spawn inside an empty square surrounded by endstone, you can't get out without cheating or somehow glitching out through the ends tone. And if the obsidian platform is in the air, you can throw an enderpearl on the island, (but you have to kill an enderman to get an enderpearl), and somehow beat the game, so yeah, is it possible to beat Minecraft in adventure mode.
